Fortnite OG 2 Start Date Possibly Leaked
The much-anticipated return of Fortnite OG is expected to happen in early November. Originally launched towards the end of 2023, Fortnite OG became a fan favorite, and now, its sequel, Fortnite OG 2, is set to arrive before Chapter 6 kicks off. While developer Epic Games has yet to officially confirm the start date, recent hints suggest we might now have a date to mark on our calendars.
Epic announced that Chapter 5 Season 4 of Fortnite
Will run for a little over three months, concluding on November 2, 2024. Although it’s not officially stated what will follow, a previously leaked roadmap for Fortnite—which has been accurate so far—indicates that Fortnite OG 2 will launch immediately after. This points to November 2nd as the likely date for the beginning of Fortnite OG 2, setting the stage for Chapter 6 Season 1 in December. Unlike its original version, Fortnite OG 2 will not simply revisit the same content. Instead, it’s expected to be a revamped experience based on Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2, which first debuted in 2020. Given that Chapter 2 Season 2 is widely regarded as one of the most beloved seasons in Fortnite history, OG 2 is poised to be one of the biggest gaming events of the year.
In the meantime, Fortnite players can look forward to the immediate launch of Chapter 5 Season 4. Titled "Absolute Doom," this latest season will once again center around Marvel characters, featuring skins from War Machine, Gwenpool, Mysterio, Emma Frost, and others as part of its Battle Pass. Once this is completed, Chapter 5 Season 4 will be live and ready for players to dive into.
