Starting this month, fans of Animal Crossing

New Horizons can enjoy a special Animal crossing aquarium tour at several locations across the United States. Visitors will see marine life featured in the game, meet popular characters like Isabelle, and enjoy themed signs and descriptions. This unique experience is included with the regular admission ticket, so there is no extra cost.

  • Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, SC (Jun. 14 to Aug. 11)
  • Audubon Aquarium, New Orleans, LA (Jun. 21 to Sep. 14)
  • Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta, GA (Aug. 1 to Sep. 26)
  • Oregon Coast Aquarium, Newport, OR (Aug. 26 to Oct. 20)
  • New England Aquarium, Boston, MA (Sept. 21 to Dec. 14)
  • SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium, Tempe, AZ (Oct. 4 to Nov. 17)
  • Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga, TN (Dec. 21 to Feb. 28)

Special Perks and Meet-and-Greets

On select days, visitors can meet favorite Animal Crossing characters like Isabelle, K.K. Slider, and Tom Nook. Plus, everyone who attends will earn 100 Nintendo Platinum points, which can be used for rewards like special profile icons.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons, released on the Nintendo Switch in 2020, has sold over 44 million copies worldwide. Each Nintendo system usually gets one main Animal Crossing game, so the next one is expected with the new Nintendo console, likely in 2025.
