The Druid’s Lacerate skill, movement restriction present in patch 2.1.1, was reverted in community feedback.
Bug Fixes and Quality-of-Life Improvements
Some very old issues regarding gameplay, UI, and mechanics have been addressed:
Vessel of Hatred's Expansion

General Gameplay Adjustments
- The Hex of Whispers was bugged where, in Roothold encounters, it was actually removing active Ritual effects.
- Counter progress in Harvest Whispers was also bugged that would not display correctly.
- There was a bug with Exposed Roots not spawning during Shepard bounties.
- Another bug allowed enemies to spawn within towns adjacent to active Headhunt Zones.
Item and Equipment Fixes
Unique items Fractured Winterglass, Malefic Crescent, and Arreat's Bearing are now correctly scaling with Greater Affixes.
- Ring of Mendeln now correctly scales after boosting it due to any and all damage bonuses.
- A bug was identified where Druid's Wolves did not apply Fortify with the Ferocious Wolf Pack upgrade.
User Interface and Experience Improvements
- The Party Finder UI would no longer indicate that one can join activities like Pit or Undercity of Kurast incorrectly.
- Various UI fixes, including Modify Items in the Wardrobe, Minion Damage bonuses, and errors in entering Character Names.
Developer's Notes & Future Improvements
Blizzard's response to player feedback always remains at the forefront of priorities. Lacerate, the Druid's movement restriction rollback, and fixes for objectives within Season of Witchcraft underscore ongoing refinements in the service of better overall gameplay going into the future.
