The Bug Affecting Disney Dreamlight Valley's Tales of Agrabah
Disney Dreamlight Valley's Tales of Agrabah update has not only brought the excitement of the addition of Aladdin and Jasmine in a new realm, plus improvements to home customization, but it has also introduced a nasty bug that may be a nuisance to some players. Gameloft has alerted that there are certain room sizes that can make it impossible for players to enter their house or use the elevator.
What Room Sizes Are Affected?
Gameloft has indicated that while some of the following room sizes are midway in the players' home, significant access issues may arise:
- 6×8
- 10×6
- 10×8
Players who may adjust their room sizes down to these dimensions may find that they cannot reenter their house or use the elevator. Gameloft assures players that other room sizes are safe to use.
How To Avoid The Bug
To prevent the bug until it gets fixed, immediately avoid changing the size of the central room to those that are affected. On the other hand, if you've already encountered the issue, Gameloft has not yet issued a workaround, so do your best to avoid such dimensions for the time being.
When Will It Be Fixed?
Gameloft has not declared when the bug will eventually be fixed. Some issues typically get fixed ahead of some larger updates, but this very particular glitch may possibly not be fixed until the next free update that is to come about in spring 2025. That update is likely to contain Alice in Wonderland content-ish, as further hinted in the roadmap that showed up where the Cheshire Cat is supposed to be.
Despite the Tales of Agrabah bug, Disney Dreamlight Valley keeps growing with new characters, customizing features, and content updates. Gameloft is quite good with bug fixes, so hopefully, players won't have to wait too long for a proper solution. In the meantime, the best way to keep your house accessible is to avoid making it that size.
