The creators of L.A. Noire seem to be working on an untitled game at the moment
A composer for the game made a hint about this project on Instagram, where it remained hidden for months. The post speculated that the game would be named "Sowden House," alluding to a well-known residence that Dr. George Hodel, a suspect in the Black Dahlia murder, formerly owned. According to reports, the game is set in the 1940s, similar to L.A. Noire, suggesting that the creators are going back to a well-known location.

Is credited with finding this information. Composer Freyja Garbett published the first article in March, in which she shared information on the game and a studio recording session. "Sowden House" is a psychological thriller set in Los Angeles in the 1940s, according to Garbett, who also noted that the film is in its early stages and still progressing.
The "creators of LA Noire" that Garbett mentions are probably Brendan McNamara's Team Bondi, which is no longer in operation. McNamara established Video Games Deluxe, which created L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files for Rockstar Games, following Team Bondi. Along with announcing itself as the L.A. Noire developer, the company cites working on a new project on their LinkedIn page. Video Games Deluxe was reportedly hiring in 2020 for a new VR project for Rockstar Games.
So yet, neither Rockstar nor Video Games Deluxe have made any formal announcements on their plans for a Sowden House game or any associated initiatives. Developers of L.A. Noire creating massive new game.
